Object info
The cottage is suitable for family and individual recreation in nature. It has two separate floors, which may be occupied by different guests. You can book one floor or both. The total capacity is 18 people: 14 in the upper part and 2+2 extra beds in the lower part.
The upper part of the cottage consists of 3 rooms for 4, 5, and 5 people with bunk beds, a large kitchen, and 2 bathrooms, each equipped with a shower and two sinks, plus 2 toilets. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster.
The lower part of the cottage consists of an apartment with a large double bed and two fold-out armchairs used as extra beds. One is located in the bedroom, the other in the kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a shower and sink, and 2 toilets. The terrace is partially covered and includes seating.
Outside, there is a grassy garden with seating and a fire pit. Both parts of the cottage have their own seating area in front of the entrance.

Price info
The price is determined individually depending on the dates, number of guests and length of stay. As a guideline, the upper floor costs approximately CZK 250–1,500 per person per night (for 2–14 guests), while the ground-floor apartment costs approximately CZK 450–1,550 per person per night (for 1–4 guests).
Minimum stay is 3 nights. Stays outside the holiday season and weekends are significantly cheaper than short stays and stays during holidays and weekends.
Communication is preferably via WhatsApp.
Pets are allowed upon prior agreement for CZK 100 per night.
Water and electricity consumption for normal use are included in the price.
Local tourist tax: CZK 20 per night for guests aged 18–65.
A reservation is confirmed upon payment of a deposit of at least 50%.
The remaining balance is payable on arrival in cash in Czech crowns or via Revolut.
Cancellation policy:
30 or more days before arrival: 25% of the total price
7–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
2–7 days before arrival: 75% of the total price
1 day or less before arrival: 90% of the total price
