In 2025, as part of the renewal of the public space in front of the church, we opened a new Visitor Centre, which provides all visitors with the facilities they need. We wanted to make the church truly accessible and open to everyone. As part of the renewed space, easier access to the church has therefore also been provided for people with reduced mobility and for parents with prams.

The Visitor Centre is located beneath the central staircase leading to the terrace, and two gently sloping paths lead to it directly from Karmelitská Street. On the left side there is a souvenir shop and a visitor hall, and on the right side there are public toilets.

In the shop we offer souvenirs with the theme of the Infant Jesus of Prague and other goods, such as statuettes of the Infant Jesus of Prague, items made of Czech crystal glass, rosaries and crowns, medallions and pendants, publications about the Infant Jesus and the church, as well as prayer cards and novenas. The vast majority of our goods come from local Czech producers and can also be ordered in our e-shop.
